Who Qualifies for Arraigo Familiar?

- Not be a citizen of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, or a family member under the EU citizen regime.
- No criminal record in Spain, your country of origin, or any country where you have lived in the past five years.
- Not be prohibited from entering Spain or listed as inadmissible in other territories.
- Continuous residence in Spain for at least two years, with no absences exceeding 90 days.
