Requirements

Who Qualifies for Arraigo Familiar?

To apply for Arraigo Familiar, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Not be a citizen of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, or a family member under the EU citizen regime.
  • No criminal record in Spain, your country of origin, or any country where you have lived in the past five years.
  • Not be prohibited from entering Spain or listed as inadmissible in other territories.
  • Continuous residence in Spain for at least two years, with no absences exceeding 90 days.
  • Commitment to undertake employment-related training or professional certification courses.
