Requirements

Who Qualifies for Arraigo Social?

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Three Years of Continuous Residence: No absences exceeding 120 days during this period.
  • Family Ties or Social Integration Report: Either family ties (e.g., spouse or children) or a social integration report from local authorities.
  • Employment Contract: A job offer or contract for at least one year.
  • No Criminal Record: Clean criminal history in Spain and your country of origin.
